What: MRFC January Meeting: John Dawson - Alternatives to Citrus

Where: Palma Sola Botanical Park 9800 17th Ave NW, Bradenton, FL 34209

Come out and learn about possible replacement trees for declining citrus trees you may have in your yard. Master Gardener, John Dawson will introduce us to non-citrus fruit trees which are suitable for growing in our area. 

There will be the usual plant raffle and tasting table. We welcome donations of edible plants and fruit for the raffle and fruit dishes for the tasting table. Donors will receive a free ticket for the raffle. Additional tickets can be purchased

Annual Christmas Dinner!

Reminder to members - our annual Christmas dinner is this Monday, December 12th. 

Please meet at 6pm to help set up. Bring food to share as well as plates/silverware for you/your family. 

If you plan to renew membership for next year, please bring a check for $12 made out to MRFC. Hope to see you all!
